Krabat - The Satanic Mill

Otfried Preußler´s book "Krabat" ("The Satanic Mill" in the English translation) will be adapted to the cinema
The renowned film producers Claussen & Wöbke, who have already had international success with the films ´Crazy', ´Anatomie' and ´Jenseits der Stille', have signed the contract for the screen adaptation of this popular youth book. The way is free now for a sophisticated, genuine rendition of Otfried Preussler´s classic, which has not only  put the fear of God into generations of readers. This time, Otfried Preussler´s "Krabat" shall come into the cinemas as a feature film with real actors, whereas the story was adapted as an animated cartoon already in the year 1971.
